Modify, View, Post and Delete Build Transactions

This function allows you to view, modify, post and delete Build Transactions, ensuring that all production activities are accurately recorded and reflected in the inventory. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and select the Build Transactions item.
2. To View or Delete a transaction the user may select a transaction from the list on screen, and then select the view or delete button on the main toolbar. The requested action will be performed by SapphireOne. However deletions may only be executed on unposted transactions.
3. To Modify a transaction the user selects the Modify button on the main toolbar, makes the necessary changes and then selects the green tick on the main toolbar to save the changes.
4. When the Right Mouse click context menu is utilised on a transaction, the Modify and Look options are available.

Using Sapphire Tools to Post Build Journal Inquiry (BJI) Transactions

1. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Build Transactions.
2. Select the required transaction to post.
3. Navigate to and apply Sapphire Tools > Process and select the Post Transactions item.
