This function allows you to view, modify post and delete adjustment transactions, ensuring that all inventory adjustments are accurately recorded. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and then select the Adjustment Transactions item.
- Select the transaction to view, modify, post or modify or delete.
- Make the necessary changes and select the green tick on the main toolbar to save.
- To update Inventory records these transactions must be Posted and you have two options.
- Select a transaction and Right Mouse click, and select the posting item from the contextual menu
- Mark the transaction by clicking it and then select Sapphire Tools > Process and select the Post Transactions item.
