This function allows you to manage SapphireOne’s price book records, which are collections of pricing information for inventory items for various Clients and Vendors. The steps are as follows.
- Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and select the Price Book item. SapphireOne will display the Price Book screen displaying a list of price book entries already in the data file.
- The user my then do any of the following:
- Adding – To add a new Price Book record, click the blue + button and SapphireOne will display the New Price Book screen ready for data entry. Enter the new ID, Name and any other details as required.
- Modify – Select an existing Price Book record to view or modify, make necessary changes and save, using the green tick button on the main toolbar.
- Deleting – To delete an existing Price Book record, select it and click the red delete button on the main toolbar.
