Modify, View, Add, and Delete Inventory Price Book

This function allows you to manage SapphireOne’s price book records, which are collections of pricing information for inventory items for various Clients and Vendors. The steps are as follows.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and select the Price Book item. SapphireOne will display the Price Book screen displaying a list of price book entries already in the data file.
  2. The user my then do any of the following:
    1. Adding – To add a new Price Book record, click the blue + button and SapphireOne will display the New Price Book screen ready for data entry. Enter the new ID, Name and any other details as required.
    2. Modify – Select an existing Price Book record to view or modify, make necessary changes and save, using the green tick button on the main toolbar.
    3. Deleting – To delete an existing Price Book record, select it and click the red delete button on the main toolbar.
