Analyse Historical Sales Lines

Sales Lines provide detailed information about individual sales transactions. This guide will show you how to access and analyse sales lines in SapphireOne. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > History > Inquiry and select the Inventory Lines item. Sapphire one will now display the History Inventory Lines screen. The screen displays a historical list of sales lines, with the most recent transactions at the top of the list
  2. Filter Sales Lines – Next use the Options menu on the main toolbar to apply filters such as product ID, client ID, or sales rep ID to narrow down the results.
  3. View Details – Click on a specific sales line to view detailed information, including item descriptions, quantities, and prices.
  4. Export Data – Click on the Export button to export the Sales Line data. The data will be exported in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. Once the export button is selected, the export will begin immediately.
  5. Viewing Exported data – After the export, the CSV file will automatically open in the default spreadsheet program on the machine in use, allowing you to view or edit the data.
