Audit Historical Asset Lines

This section covers how to audit asset lines within SapphireOne. Auditing asset lines is crucial for verifying the accuracy and integrity of asset records, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > History > Asset Audit Lines.
2. Review Audit Lines List – A list of all audit lines will be displayed. Each entry includes details such as audit date, asset ID, and audit type.
3. Click on a specific audit line to view detailed information.
4. Audit Line Details:
   • Audit Date – Ensure the date is correct.
   • Asset ID – Verify the asset ID is accurate.
   • Audit Type – Confirm the type of audit (e.g., physical count, system audit).
   • Comments – Review any comments for additional context.
5. If any details need correction, make the necessary changes and save.
6. After reviewing or editing, save the audit line and close the window.
