Track Financial Activities Related to an Asset

The Asset Transactions Report in SapphireOne provides a detailed record of all transactions related to your assets. This report is essential for tracking asset movements, acquisitions, disposals, and other financial activities. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > Assets > Asset Transactions Report.
2. Select Criteria:
   • Range Menu – Choose the period for which you want the report.
   • Depart Menu – Select the department if you want to filter by a specific department.
3. Display Options:
   • Outstanding + Accrued Checkbox – Check this box if you want to include outstanding and accrued amounts in the report.
4. Click the Recalculate button to generate the report.
5. Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the report in your desired format.
6. Click the Print button if you need a hard copy.
