Manage Asset Transactions

The Transactions function provides a detailed list of all depreciation transactions for an asset, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. This guide will cover how to view and manage these transactions. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > Assets > Transactions.
2. Enter the ID of the item for which you want to view transactions. SapphireOne will display the item’s name below the ID.
3. View Transactions:
   • The Transactions tab will list all depreciation transactions for the item.
   • Review the details of each transaction, including dates and amounts.
4. Enter any relevant notes in the Notes Area.
5. Use the Green Clock Icon to add a Time and Date stamp.
6. Customise the font, style, colour, and background colour as needed.
7. Use the tabs (General Ledger, Asset, Controls) to view more details about the item.
