Create Dynamic Asset Reports

The Show Reports functionality in SapphireOne allows you to dynamically report on your asset data. This feature enables you to generate PDF reports, obtain hard copies, or create interactive real-time reports based on selected criteria. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Assets > Assets > Show Reports – Assets.
2. Select from the available reports: Assets By Project Task, Assets By Activity or Assets Plant Costing.
3. Select Criteria:
   • Range Menu – Choose the period for which you want the report.
   • Depart Menu – Select the department if you want to filter by a specific department.
4. Display Options:
   • Outstanding + Accrued Checkbox – Check this box if you want to include outstanding and accrued amounts in the report.
5. Click the Recalculate button to generate the report.
6. Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the report in your desired format.
7. Click the Print button if you need a hard copy.
