View and Generate Client Ageing Reports

Viewing and generating client ageing reports in SapphireOne is vital for monitoring outstanding receivables and managing overdue accounts. This process ensures that all ageing reports are accurately generated and utilised for effective receivables management. The process is as follows:

  1. Navigate to Accounts > Receivables > Report and then select the Balances item. Sapphire one will open the Client Balances Reports print dialogue alert.
  2.  From the Print Destination menu, select either the Printer or CSV option to print to printer or open in the operating platforms default spreadsheet application respectively.
  3. From the Report Type menu select as required.
  4. From the Report Sort Order menu establish the sort order required.
  5. From the Report Selection Menu select from the four options.
  6. Select Print to open the print dialogue or CSV as configured.
  7. Optionally, select the Record List button to open a Client Balance Report displaying Clients aged balances.

The Custom Report and Quick Report print destination options provide advanced reporting capabilities that will be implemented in consultation with SapphireOne.
