Sapphire Toolbar Overview
The Sapphire Toolbar displays only the buttons for the SapphireOne user which are relevant to the screen or function that is currently open. Below is the tool bar reflecting the button array which displays when the Inventory Transaction List is accessed.
When a list of items is on screen and the Look or Modify button is applied to a selection of multiple lines, SapphireOne will open the first item in the list and then display the list buttons on the toolbar as seen below. This enables the user to move forwards and backwards in the list. If the appropriate Forwards or Backwards button is selected, the currently viewed item will be saved before moving on to the next item.
If the user has any page open in the item, and the Forward or Back arrows are used, SapphireOne will display that same page on the next item in the list. For example if the user is on the Terms page in a Client Inquiry, and the Forward arrow selected, SapphireOne will display the Terms page for the next Client in the list and so on.
The following list includes all buttons that will display on the toolbar as a result.
