Softphone Palette Overview
The Softphone 
Palette enables you to promptly answer incoming calls and automatically brings up the corresponding contact screen for the caller. Moreover, this feature effectively records all call details in the SapphireOne workbook Softphone logbook.
Please be aware that although the Softphone icon is visible on all SapphireOne screens, it will not be operational until the SpliceCom software is installed. For further information, please refer to the provided details at http://splicecom.com
