Statement of Position II Overview
The Statement of Position II function within SapphireOne Management Mode provides an in depth analysis and understanding of your companies financial position, and goes into further detail than your standard Statement of Position.There are six different Tabs available for viewing of summarised information within the Statements of Position II screen as follows.
- Overview – The Overview tab allows you to view the information pertaining to your business in a condensed form.
- Accounts – This tab provides the user with all transactions relating to client and vendor balances.
- Inventory – This tab provides the user with information on inventory, sales, purchases, and stock levels.
- Invoices – This tab provides information on sales and purchase transactions, as well as details for the current periods.
- Projects – This tab provides details about any projects that affect your statement of position.
- Bank Accounts – This tab provides balances for all bank accounts that impact your statement of position.
OK Button – Once you have reviewed all the data in the tabs, select the OK button to close the Statement of Position II screen.
