Months Activities for Payroll Overview
The Months Activities for Payroll function within SapphireOne Management Mode provides a summarised statement of all the Payroll/HR activities processed for the current month. Please note that this report spans two pages, with the second page accessible via a button located across the bottom of the screen.
- There are three buttons across the bottom of the screen and these are used as follows:
- Page 2 – This button Is a toggle that allows a user to switch between the first and second page in the report.
- Print – This button enables you to print the report directly. The printer dialog alert, displayed twice as there are two pages in the report, will automatically be displayed for your selected platform, whether it’s MacOS or Windows.
- OK – When This button is selected the Month’s Activities for Payroll screen will be closed.
